Excellent trained local personell, friendly and helpful. What surprised me was the choice of decoration fotos in the main restaurant: Soekarno with Monroe, Soekarno with Kennedy and Soekarno with young dancers. This choice does not reflect historical heritage of this hotel. Very clean and Friendly staff.

Received an upgrade from a Deluxe to a Grand Deluxe. Lovely view, lovely room, clean, and classic! Love the toiletries and the bed! Great staff and very well maintained. have a very good time swimming, dining, drinking and just relax, wifi is excellent, the staff is super nice and professional, we eat pizza, fried rice, Japanese, bread and all is recommended is you like food with good taste and just right portion.

 The service apartment made sense rather than a hotel, and Oakwood was a great choice. The apartment was roomy and well equipped, and the staff was excellent. They arranged a baby cot for the room which was perfect. The gourmet grocery store, Starbucks and especially Loewy in the lobby area made the location perfect. Walked to Lotte Shopping Centre which provided access to shopping and an indoor play area.  The rooms are huge with very good wifi, Huge kitchen,and very nice bathrooms. The breakfasts are delicious and have a wide selection. The swimming pool is the perfect place to unwind.
